mexamarts is a multivendor marketplace. Refund and return policies may vary depending on the vendor, product type, or service. mexamarts facilitates communication and transactions but does not directly control vendor policies unless stated.
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

The item received does not match the description
The order is incomplete or missing items

Refunds for food orders are only applicable if:

The food was spoiled or unsafe

Issues must be reported immediately after delivery.
Grocery refunds are accepted only for:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or confirmation, subject to vendor approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled repeatedly may result in account restrictions.

Digital payments: 5–10 business days
Bank transfers: depends on bank processing time
COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or wallet (if applicable).
